August 15/10 Senga's Vlog - How to Harvest Kohlrabi

On my edible green roof the Kholrabi seem to be the last 'cooler' climate vegetables that haven't bolted or gone to seed. This Veggie makes great cole slaw, and also roasted with other root vegetables. See my vlog of how to harvest.
