Feb. 26/11 - Checking My Beehives in Early Spring!

Today was the day to finally open our bee hives on our edible green roof and to see who made it and who didn't. Going into the winter I made sure my bees had plenty of honey, they got their medication for nosema and were well insulated for the winter cold and damp here in Vancouver.
