Feb. 5/11 - Senga's Blog A win for Senga Landscape Architecture!

In November 2010, 'The Block' a 32 heritage-industrial style townhomes project in Vancouver's Main Street neighbourhood was named best ground-oriented multi-family development at the 2010 UDI Awards. The central courtyard was designed to reflect the contemporary flair of the building using architectural style concrete planters, bamboo and flaming red 'Sango Kaku' Maples for the pedestrian street in the courtyard.

All residents whether on the street or in the courtyard enjoy their own private patios, sheltered and encapsulated by lush greenery.
