Parsley is an underrated culinary herb that chefs add to a plethora of dishes as well as the standard garnish. On our edible green roof we plant loads of it as my husband practically harvests bunches every day.

Parsley is also the great multi-tasker growing in a variety of conditions and we use it for culinary, ornamental as well as a great companion plant to encourage bee pollination.
