Rhubarb is a great plant not only because you can eat it but because you can use it as an ornamental in your garden.

It is end of June and time to harvest our rhubarb plants. We planted rhubarb last year so it has put on only one season of growth. Therefore, when harvesting rhubarb there are a couple of tips you need to know about what you can harvest and eat from a rhubarb plant plus how many stalks you can remove depending on the age of the plant.
