August 7/11 Senga's Vlog Why Do Leeks Flower/Bolt?

We are now mid summer and suddelny the sun has come out and the temperatures are starting to rise. My struggling leeks have suddenly put on growth on our edible green roof but at the same time started to flower. Althought this is the beginning of the end for this edible all is not lost, find out why leeks flower (bolt) and how you can salvage a harvest from them still.
