The Site
Corbeau is a collection of 74 two and three bedroom Colonial revival row homes centrally located in Port Moody.The Challenge
To create a landscape that is reflective of the architecture. To create outdoor private and usable patio each unit .The Design
Each townhouse site has rich landscape features including stands of mature cedars and firs in addition to traditionally gated entry landscaped gardens. The planting palette are compositions reflective of the colonial architecture with plantings of boxwood hedging individually designed garden spaces which front onto patio and lawn areas in each back yard.The site also boasts a public parkette with a child's play area which fronts onto a portion of the townhouses.
